Return Policy – Reiniro

At Reiniro, we offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, we ask that you handle the item with care. You may inspect and evaluate the product as you would in a physical store. Whenever reasonably possible, the item must be returned complete and in its original condition.

Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase so we can easily locate your order.

Once we receive your request, we will send you further return instructions. If applicable, you will also receive a return shipping label so you can easily send your package back.

Items returned without a prior return request may not be processed immediately. Therefore, we kindly ask you to always register your return with us first.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at info@reiniro.com. If possible, include a few photos of the product and its packaging so we can assess and resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken.
• Other products that are legally exempt from the right of withdrawal.

Sale items may be returned within the applicable return period.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different item? Simply return your current item and place a new order. This allows us to process your new order as quickly as possible.

Statutory right of withdrawal

In addition to our 30-day return policy, consumers within the European Union are entitled to a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. During this period, you may cancel or return your order without giving any reason.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed as soon as possible using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
